1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at hurtssogoodtmw.com or booking services with Hurts So Good Therapeutic Massage & Wellness (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Hurts So Good Therapeutic Massage & Wellness provides licensed massage therapy and wellness services in Rochester, NY. All services are performed by New York State licensed massage therapists. Our services are intended for therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Booking & Appointments

• New clients must contact us directly by phone to schedule their first appointment. Online booking is available for existing clients only.
• Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team or booking system.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) may be charged the full service fee and may result in loss of booking privileges.
• We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. You will be charged for the full scheduled session time.

6. Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to your session.
• Massage therapy may not be appropriate for all conditions. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it may be harmful to you or our staff.
• Clients must be 18 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors require written parental consent for all services.
• We maintain a professional, respectful environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and the client will be charged in full.

7. Insurance & No-Fault Claims

For clients using auto insurance (No-Fault) coverage, it is your responsibility to verify your coverage and provide accurate insurance information. We are not responsible for claims denied due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Gift Cards

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. They are valid for services only and may not be applied toward gratuity. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

9. Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is at the client’s discretion. It is always appreciated but never required.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Hurts So Good Therapeutic Massage & Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurts So Good Therapeutic Massage & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
